Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a Prism analysis or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, company and work email, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not buy or build profiles about you.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your request and provide the free analysis you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before any engagement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

To keep the site secure and operational. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary storage: a single record of your cookie choice so we do not ask again. We do not set analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers (processors) who act only on our instructions: Resend, which delivers the email when you submit the request form, and Netlify, which hosts the site. They process data on our behalf under data-processing terms.

These providers may process data outside the EU (for example in the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and our correspondence only as long as needed to respond and follow up reasonably, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, email us at contact@noesiss.eu.

You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority. In Croatia this is AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka).
